To be even precise for clearer view: There are 31 planes of existence.
欲界 Sensual realm is from plane 1 to 11. The beings in the sensual planes have five physical sense-doors(eye, ear, nose, tongue, body) for the corresponding five sense objects.
色界 fine-material realm(form realm is used here) is from plane 12 to 27. The beings here in their past lives renounced enjoyment of sensual objects and attained jhāna on the material(rūpa) objects like breath, kasiṇas. Just before they passed away, they enter jhāna and got reborn in the jhāna planes. The beings there only have eye & ear sensitivity to see the Buddha and hear the Dhamma. Although they have a physical body but they have no sense of smell, taste and touch.
无色界 immaterial realm is the four topmost planes, 28-31. The beings practiced meditation and attained jhāna on the subtler immaterial objects. They don't have any physical sense bases and material body. Their world is a four aggregates world(lacking the materiality aggregate). Only minds exist there.
If divide by 六道 six realms: the four woeful planes 1-4(四恶道) - hell, hungry ghost, animal, asura realms & the blissful planes - plane 5(human realm) and planes 6-31 are deva(天人) realm.
