You will benefit from the following story for as long as you can remember it. Few weeks ago, I went shopping and met a very rude and unreasonable auntie at the food court. I was angry for a few minutes and I thought of this story. I told myself I went shopping was not because I wanted to get angry and my anger was gone. If it was in the past, it would spoil my mood for at least half a day.

There's this story about a Zen Master who planted a pot of flowers. One day, when Zen Master was out, his disciple accidentally dropped the pot of flowers and the pot was broken. When the Zen Master was back, the disciple was afraid that he would be angry with him over the pot of flowers, the disciple asked for forgiveness and asked the Zen master not to get angry. The Zen Master wasn't angry at all, he said he planted the flowers were meant to offer to the Buddhas and to beautify the environment, not because he wanted to get angry.
