In tibetan meditation , there is a meditation technique by which u take in the suffering of your fellow sentient beings in form of black energy which u bring into your heart centre, transforming it into bright positive energy and sending out to all sentient beings. The meditation is known as tonglen.For those try it, say that it is effective. This meditation is reported to help people heals from dreadful disease such as leprosy.

Therefore if u have rage in u, visualize this rage as dark energy transforming itself into bright positive energy which u send out to all other sentient beings.Visualize yourself smiling as u do this meditation.
