Rare is human life,
rare to encounter the Dhamma.
We are fortunate to have both;
let us work to banish suffering.
人身难得今已得
佛法难闻今已闻
此身不向今生度
更待何生度此身
There was an enlightened monk said, if we lose our human bodies, it will take many many life times to have human body again. 要再得人身，极难，极难！
