Learning something is a gift, don't be afraid even though the teacher's name is called suffering. However, I think I already know Buddha's teachings so I hope I don't have a teacher name suffering. I don't wish to learn things the hard way. 
There's this lady in the temple whose husband passed away at mid 40s. She said before her husband's death, she and her husband had never thought about life is impermanent. She gave up her job (she's well to do) and spend most of her time in the temple after her husband's death.
