I read a quote from a Venerable but have lost the beautiful slide. I can roughly remember what Venerable said.
心不如脚
脚脏了，就用水洗清洁。但，如果听了一句不中听或伤人的话，就一直耿耿于怀，久久不能忘记，那心就不如脚了。
We wash our legs when our legs are dirty. When we hear someone saying something unpleasant about us, we take it to heart and remember it for a long time. Then, our heart is useless compare with our legs.
